Terrible and people.. there are literally sad old people in here.. I felt way out of my comfort zone... and the cashier gave me problems while paying

Bad almost all of the time. A few fantastic associates but they'd be great anywhere. Not welcoming at all. Just looks cheap, in my opinion as a local in there no less than 6 times a week, to never have a bathroom available. Also, are nearby hotels aware you're sending people over solely to use the facilities? I really hope the new opening surprises me.

This is the worst place on earth. To all 7-Eleven’s - when the price of a Snapple is equivalent to your name brand water we have issues. That’s price gouging all across the board. The staff is rude and demeaning. I tried a Slurpee and didn’t like it because it tasted like all ice and no flavor and the lady wanted to charge me for it at the counter so I gave her two bucks and walked out. Never again.

Rude employees. I tried to purchase a tobacco product They denied the service. My friend tried to get hotdog Bt the food area was disgusting Nd we asked them to restock she said no Nd she said if we don’t want it throw it to the garbage.

24 hours is the name of the game, and they're closed. Won't even acknowledge people knocking to come in.

Only place on my way to work and this place is consistently terrible, i bought a microwave burrito and asked if they have a microwave, the lady nodded yes, after i bought it the microwave was in fact broken and she couldnt give me a refund

im going to give this 7-11 a break. you must realize that this 7-11 is in ground zero of idiotville. hell i played my role in the idiocy sort of. Ive had a friend arrested in this location, ten minutes before his arrest , i ran into a childhood soccer teammate who was whipping a girl with a belt right in front of the door. hell during my teens we used this 7-11 as like the main stop for the beach, we would just be lingering. people just linger at this location. and is it fair for employees to have to clean up the bathroom after all of ft.lauderdale? hell no. you may as well go pee in a cup in your car or hop in that ocean water .

Terrible Service, worst than cell phone customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service with poor attitudes. I would totally bypass this location. The level of rudeness is unmatched and will definitely leave a bad taste in your mouth.

When's the last time you could use a bathroom at a liquor store?

As a part-time driver for Lyft and Uber, we need to take breaks, get snacks and sometimes stock up on water and/or candy. I dress nice, where a suit and don't look like I crawled out of a hole.To be told that the bathroom is out of order is BS. I understand that riff raff wreck bathrooms but also know that comes with the territory.I always buy snacks and gas from any gas station or mini- grocery store like 7/11 that let's me use the restroom first. Uber and Lyft drivers, just go to SPEEDWAYat the Northend of Fort Lauderdale strip and don't waste a penny or any of your time at this 7/11. I walked out without buying anything. What a waste of my time. It's insulting to be told that your bathroom is out of order. The owner of this 7/11 should be ashamed. He or she does not represent how a normal 7/11 should be run.

Attempted to purchase two items at the “advertised†price of 2 for $4 (Yes, the sign was still there), and we paid for our items, then noticed they rang up at regular price. In short, the sale had expired (not obvious to consumer) and neither clerk was interested in selling them at the advertised price. We didn’t buy them in the end. It’s the principle of it that irritated me and the lack of customer service.

The women who work at this location are some of the rudest people you'll ever encounter. They can't even be bothered to greet you at checkout. They're too busy playing on their phones in the back corner.
